• Job Title – Operations Coordinator / Supervisor • Type – Outsourced • Salary -5500 - 6000 • Contract Duration- 12 months • Work Location – Dubai Job Description: Key Responsibilities:: • Coordinate end-to-end order processing from order placement to last-mile delivery • Monitor real-time order flow and ensure timely fulfilment across all sales channels • Liaise with warehouse, picking, packing, and delivery teams to meet service-level targets • Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement and vendor partners • Resolve order-related issues including cancellations, refunds, and delivery escalations • Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and availability on the platform • Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfilment time, cancellation rate, and CSAT • Prepare daily and weekly operational performance reports for leadership review Preferred Qualifications: • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain (UAE/GCC preferred) • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Salla, Zid, Magento, or similar • Familiarity with last-mile delivery partners in the UAE (Aramex, Fetchr, Naqel, etc.) • Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis • Experience with OMS, WMS, or ERP systems is a strong advantage • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Show more Show less
