Role Description This is a full-time role for an Operational Manager in Holiday Home Cleaning Services at Comfylife UAE. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing the cleaning staff, scheduling and coordinating cleaning services, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction, and handling client inquiries and complaints. The Operational Manager will also be responsible for training staff, maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, and implementing quality control measures. This is a hybrid role, meaning you must be based in Dubai but allows some work-from-home flexibility. Qualifications • Strong operations management skills, including workflow optimization, resource planning, and quality control in hospitality or property management. • Experience leading on-site teams, with capabilities in staff supervision, performance management, and vendor coordination. • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in fast-paced environments requiring quick, practical solutions. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality service. • Prior experience in short-term rentals, hospitality, facilities management, or a related field is highly beneficial. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. • Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage. • Eligibility to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
