Role & Responsibilities • Act as the primary point of contact for guests across all touchpoints — from check-in to departure — ensuring a warm, personalized, and efficient experience. • Anticipate guest needs by proactively offering solutions, upgrades, or recommendations tailored to preferences and cultural expectations. • Resolve guest concerns swiftly and diplomatically, escalating when necessary while maintaining brand integrity and service excellence. • Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, concierge, F&B, and management to ensure operational alignment and seamless service delivery. • Maintain accurate logs of guest interactions, feedback, and special requests using CRM or property management systems. • Represent the brand with poise and professionalism during high-profile visits, events, or emergencies — embodying UAE hospitality standards.
