The Role Reporting to senior regional leadership, you will have overall responsibility for the hotel's financial performance, operations, guest experience and people strategy. Working closely with a collection of renowned restaurant partners and senior stakeholders, you will ensure the hotel continues to strengthen its position as one of Dubai's leading luxury lifestyle destinations. About You • Current or recent General Manager within a luxury hotel in Dubai. • Proven experience operating within the UAE luxury hospitality market is essential. • Strong commercial acumen with an excellent track record of driving revenue, profitability and market performance. • Experience leading high-performing Rooms and Food & Beverage operations within a luxury environment. • Inspirational leader with exceptional people development and stakeholder management skills. • Passionate about delivering world-class guest experiences and operational excellence.
