Restaurant Operations • Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operation, ensuring consistently high standards of service, food quality, and presentation. • Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction by anticipating guest needs and resolving service challenges promptly. • Ensure all operational procedures and brand standards are consistently implemented. Commercial Performance • Take ownership of the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, cost control, and profitability. • Monitor operational KPIs and implement strategies to maximize revenue and improve overall business performance. • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency without compromising the guest experience. Compliance & Business Standards • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations. • Oversee inventory management, purchasing, supplier relationships, and stock control. • Maintain operational reports and support continuous improvements across the business. Brand & Business Growth • Work closely with senior leadership to support local marketing initiatives, partnerships, and business development opportunities. • Stay informed of hospitality trends and evolving guest expectations within the premium Mediterranean dining sector.
