Senior Business Development Manager (B2B) Experience Preferred: Payment Gateway, CRM Platform & Crypto Wallet Experience Location: Media City, Dubai, UAE (On-site) We are looking for a highly driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This is an individual contributor role focused on driving strategic B2B partnerships, expanding our client portfolio, and managing the full business development lifecycle. The ideal candidate has experience within CRM platforms, payment gateways, fintech infrastructure, SaaS solutions, crypto wallets, digital assets, payments, or custody ecosystems, possesses a strong commercial mindset, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities • Drive new business acquisition by identifying, developing, and closing strategic B2B partnerships. • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company expansion plans, OKRs, and revenue targets. • Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners. • Conduct regular client meetings, executive business reviews, QBRs, account planning sessions, and leadership updates. • Understand clients' business needs and collaborate with internal Product and Technical teams to design tailored solutions. • Manage the complete client onboarding process, including opportunity assessment, account planning, commercial negotiations, technical integration, implementation, and post-sales account management. • Identify opportunities to increase payment volume, wallet adoption, transaction growth, and overall revenue from existing clients. • Develop a deep understanding of CipherBC's products, platform capabilities, and value proposition to effectively position solutions to prospective clients. • Work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Compliance, and Technical teams to deliver seamless client solutions. • Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the digital asset, payments, custody, fintech, and blockchain industries to identify new business opportunities. Requirements • 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Enterprise Sales, Strategic Accounts, or related roles. • Experience from CRM builder companies, payment gateway providers, fintech platforms, SaaS solution providers, digital wallet providers, crypto wallet companies, blockchain infrastructure providers, or financial technology companies is highly preferred. • Proven track record of successfully developing, negotiating, and closing B2B partnership deals, including enterprise partnerships, strategic alliances, commercial agreements, or technology integrations. • Strong understanding of B2B technology solutions, including CRM platforms, SaaS products, payment solutions, APIs, financial infrastructure, digital wallets, or enterprise software ecosystems. • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and enterprise accounts, including technology partners, merchants, financial institutions, or ecosystem partners. • Strong understanding of the end-to-end enterprise sales and partnership cycle, from lead generation and opportunity qualification through contract negotiation, onboarding, implementation, and account growth. • Experience driving business growth through partnerships, client acquisition, transaction volume growth, platform adoption, or commercial expansion. • Comfortable discussing technical products and working closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations teams to support client requirements and integrations. • Understanding of payment flows, digital wallets, custody solutions, blockchain infrastructure, or fintech ecosystems is highly preferred. • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting ambitious targets and deadlines. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Technology, or a related discipline. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
