Experience as CEO/Managing Director/Country Head/General Manager/Executive Director with strong UAE insurance market expertise. Minimum 18+ years in the Insurance industry, with at least 8–10 years leading an insurance brokerage or insurance business. Bachelor's Degree is mandatory (MBA and ACII/FCII/CII preferred).

Define and execute long-term business strategy; drive sustainable growth and profitability; identify new markets, partnerships, and expansion opportunities; present business performance to the Board. Grow Corporate, SME & Retail Insurance portfolios; develop strategic partnerships; strengthen relationships with insurers and reinsurers; expand the company's presence across the UAE & GCC.
