We're looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead global performance marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. This is a hands-on role covering strategy, execution, optimization, analytics, and campaign scaling. Key Responsibilities -Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, and YouTube Ads. -Build high-performing B2B lead generation campaigns. -Manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS. -Conduct audience research, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and A/B testing. -Implement tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Conversion APIs. -Monitor KPIs including CPL, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, CAC, and Revenue. -Collaborate with designers, developers, and sales teams. -Build dashboards using Looker Studio. -Optimize landing pages and identify new growth opportunities. Required Experience -5+ years in Performance Marketing. -Proven experience with Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, and YouTube Ads. -Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, remarketing, and conversion optimization. Hands-on experience with: -Google Analytics 4 (GA4) -Google Tag Manager (GTM) -Google Search Console -Looker Studio -Meta Pixel -LinkedIn Insight Tag -Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms. -Strong analytical, reporting, and budget management skills. -Excellent English communication. -Proven success generating qualified B2B leads.
