Group Marketing Manager Experience: 15+ years in marketing, including at least 5 years in a managerial role Job Purpose: Lead a lean, execution-focused group marketing function that drives measurable ROI across multiple businesses through performance marketing, brand governance, SEO, budget optimization, and disciplined campaign execution. Business development ownership will remain with the respective business units. Key Responsibilities: • Lead performance marketing campaigns across all businesses using Meta, Google, retargeting, and other relevant digital channels. • Allocate and optimize marketing budgets based on lead quality, conversion performance, and revenue impact. • Develop and enforce brand positioning and governance standards across all business units. • Approve strategic creative direction and maintain quality across digital and offline marketing materials. • Own the group-wide SEO strategy and oversee website performance through internal teams or external partners. • Establish structured workflows for campaign briefs, approvals, launches, and performance reviews. • Oversee marketing calendars and ensure alignment with business growth priorities. • Manage shared marketing resources, agencies, and vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality delivery. • Present monthly performance reports to leadership, covering ROI, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions. • Partner with business unit leaders to improve lead generation, conversion, and campaign effectiveness.
