Job purpose To retain top customers and nurture those key relationships over time. Ideally, they become a strategic partner and advisor to the client, discovering new opportunities to work together for mutual benefit. Duties and responsibilities • Manage & maximize the business of the principals assigned for, at both local & overseas levels along with the Division Manager’s support. • Launch marketing plan, market surveys, organizing & implementing workshops. • Update the system with product updates, and price list updates to be approved by Division Managers. • Stock & ordering management & follow up the stock movements, in coordination and approval from the Division Manager. • Advise for new companies if there is any new opportunity to grow the business within same product portfolio. • Check Tenders, in coordination with our Rep. quoting and negotiation with principals for pricing strategy, with the coordination & support from Division Manager. • Open new accounts, and or increasing the business volume with the existing customers. • Build up good relationship with the end users & the executive purchasing officers. • Forecast & quarterly sales analysis report, with the expected orders, and LPO’s in hand. • Follow up, payment problems either to Pharmatrade, and or principals. • Prepare target audience list of the important potential customers and key accounts, to magnify our efforts to get the maximum in term of sales. • Coordinate with the marketing team of the Principal Companies represented in the Gulf and Conduct marketing promotional activities including meetings, scientific services to make long-term relationship that reflects on the sales in direct proportional relationship. • Issue the profit plans (annual - monthly) in corporation with the profit plan of Principal’s company. • Report the sales achievements on monthly basis to the management and the related companies as well. • Measure the Performance on regular basis, analyzing any deviation from Pre-set target, taking necessary corrective actions.
