Civil Project Engineer

Hiring! A leading Real Estate Developer in Dubai is looking for experienced Project Engineers – Civil to join their team for high-end residential villa projects. Position: Project Engineer – Civil (Finishing Works) Vacancies: 2 Positions Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Real Estate Development (High-End Residential Projects - Villas) Salary: Up to AED 15,000 (Negotiable based on experience & expertise) Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise daily site activities related to civil finishing works for luxury villa projects. Ensure execution of works as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams. Monitor finishing activities including civil works, architectural finishes, snagging, and handover preparations. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with HSE and quality requirements. Review drawings, resolve site-related technical issues, and provide timely updates to project management. Maintain project progress reports and support successful project delivery. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 2+ years of UAE experience as a Project Engineer (Civil). Strong experience in residential construction projects, especially villa finishing works. Hands-on knowledge of high-end finishes, quality control, and site coordination.
