We're Hiring – Project Engineer (Civil) 📍 Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer (Civil) to join our team. Experience • Minimum 10 years of experience in building construction projects within the UAE. • Proven experience in residential and high-rise building projects with a building contractor. • Key Responsibilities • Manage and supervise daily construction activities on site. • Coordinate Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP works. • Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and material submittals. • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with the approved programme. • Resolve technical and construction-related issues. • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements. • Monitor subcontractor performance and site productivity. • Prepare progress reports and attend project coordination meetings. • Support timely project delivery within budget and schedule. • Manage project handover activities and coordinate with relevant authorities, including Dubai Municipality (DM) and Dubai Development Authority (DDA), to obtain all required approvals and completion certificates. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with a building contractor in the UAE. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, project coordination, and contract requirements. • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
