Role Overview We are looking for an accomplished General Manager – Project Marketing (International Markets) to lead and execute global marketing strategies for luxury real estate developments across USA, UK, Australia, and other international markets. Based in Dubai, the successful candidate will drive integrated 360° marketing campaigns, strengthen global brand presence, and accelerate lead generation while collaborating with international agencies and cross-functional teams. This is a strategic leadership role requiring extensive experience in luxury real estate marketing and international market expansion. Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Luxury Real Estate | Property Development Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: AED 35,000 – 40,000 per month Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end 360° marketing strategies across Digital, Social Media, PR, Print, OOH, Events, CRM, and Performance Marketing. • Develop and execute international marketing campaigns for luxury residential developments across the USA, UK, Australia, and other global markets. • Adapt the luxury brand positioning to suit different international markets while maintaining global brand consistency. • Collaborate with international marketing agencies, regional teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution. • Drive customer acquisition and lead generation through data-driven marketing strategies and campaign optimization. • Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitor activities, and campaign ROI to maximize marketing performance. • Manage marketing budgets, agency relationships, and campaign effectiveness. • Work closely with Sales, Digital, PR, Creative, and Product teams to support business growth and successful project launches. • Ensure all marketing initiatives align with business objectives and international expansion goals. Candidate Requirements Experience • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage). • Minimum 10+ years of progressive marketing experience. • Proven experience in Luxury Real Estate, Ultra-Luxury, Hospitality, or Premium Lifestyle brands. • Strong experience managing international marketing campaigns across USA, UK, and/or Australia. • Experience leading high-performing marketing teams and managing multiple international stakeholders. Technical Skills • Expertise in integrated marketing strategy and execution. • Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, PR, CRM, Media Planning, Events, and Customer Acquisition. • Experience managing marketing analytics, campaign optimization, and ROI reporting. • Excellent stakeholder, agency, and budget management capabilities.
