Job Title: Marketing Manager / Marketing Specialist Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 15,000 per month About the Company Our client is a well-established boutique management consulting firm specializing in Strategy and Business Transformation. They are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager / Marketing Specialist to support their growth through innovative marketing strategies and digital initiatives. Job Overview The ideal candidate will have 2–6 years of experience in digital marketing with strong expertise in campaign management, B2B marketing, lead generation, and digital growth strategies. The candidate should be creative, analytical, self-motivated, and able to independently manage marketing activities. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to support business growth. • Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. • Handle CRM-based email marketing campaigns, including automation and lead nurturing. • Manage paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms. • Implement SEO, SEM, and website optimization strategies. • Create engaging B2B marketing content for digital channels. • Manage social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, to enhance brand visibility. • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide insights. • Support lead generation and business development initiatives. • Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen marketing activities. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • 2–6 years of experience in professional training and certification industry or Training Academy. • Experience in an agency or in-house marketing environment is preferred. • Strong knowledge of CRM, email marketing automation, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing. • Experience with LinkedIn and B2B marketing strategies. • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content. • Experience with WordPress, graphic design, or videography is an advantage. • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
