Our client is a leading Real Estate Developer, headquarters in Dubai. They are looking forward to adding a dynamic Marketing Manager to support the branding, positioning and launch marketing of premium real estate developments. The role will play a central part in creating culturally relevant Arabic communication, ensuring brand consistency and helping deliver high-impact campaigns across project launches and customer touchpoints. Key Duties & Responsibilitie • s Develop and execute Arabic marketing and brand communication for real estate projects across launch, campaign and always-on activit • y.Create, review and adapt Arabic copy and content for campaigns, brochures, websites, social media, email, sales material, events and on-ground brandin • g.Support project positioning, launch planning, key messaging and integrated campaign execution in partnership with Marketing, Sales, Digital, PR, Design and agencie • s.Ensure Arabic communication is accurate, culturally relevant, premium in tone and consistent with brand guideline • s.Coordinate creative, media, digital, production and event agencies to deliver campaigns on time and to a high standar • d.Support sales enablement through Arabic brochures, presentations, project collateral and customer communication tool • s.Monitor competitor activity, customer insight and campaign performance to identify opportunities to improve engagemen t.
