Job Description

Be the first smile our clients see. At Bedashing Beauty Lounge and Tips & Toes, we believe every great salon experience starts with a warm welcome. We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Receptionists who enjoy connecting with people and creating exceptional guest experiences. What You'll Do • Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and a positive attitude. • Manage appointments, bookings, cancellations, and walk-in clients efficiently. • Respond to calls, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. • Assist clients with service recommendations, promotions, and membership information. • Process payments and maintain accurate daily cash and transaction records. • Coordinate with the salon team to ensure smooth daily operations. • Keep the reception area organized, presentable, and inviting. • Handle client feedback professionally and ensure concerns are resolved promptly. • Support the branch with general administrative and operational tasks. What We're Looking For • Previous experience in reception, front office, customer service, or hospitality. • Experience in a salon, spa, beauty, or wellness environment is an added advantage. • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Comfortable using computers, booking systems • Friendly, confident, and professional with a genuine passion for customer service. • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Requirements
