Spa Receptionist

We are looking for a warm, professional, and organized Spa Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our spa. As a Spa Receptionist, you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impression, work in a tranquil, luxury setting, and help our guests discover the perfect treatments for their wellness journey. Key Responsibilities: • Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. • Schedule appointments, handle bookings, and manage the spa’s calendar. • Answer calls and emails, providing detailed information about services, packages, and promotions. • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures, process payments, and handle cash and credit transactions. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area. • Assist with customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns promptly and effectively. • Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance guest experience. • Maintain accurate guest records and confidentiality. • Collaborate with spa therapists and management to ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements: • Previous experience in customer service or reception (preferably in a spa or hospitality setting). • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in using booking systems and general office software (experience with [specific software] is a plus). • Knowledge of spa services, wellness treatments, and retail products is a plus. • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. • A passion for wellness, relaxation, and creating a positive guest experience. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
