We are looking for a highly strategic, commercially sharp Head of Franchise & B2B Growth to lead our international expansion. Based in Dubai, you will be responsible for scaling our global footprint through master franchise networks, mono-brand retail partnerships, and high-impact B2B commercial channels. You will identify, negotiate with, and onboard top-tier regional retail operators, ensuring rapid market penetration while strictly protecting brand equity and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Franchise Network Expansion: Define the global franchise rollout roadmap. Identify, vet, and secure master franchisees and regional operators in key international markets. • B2B Partnership Development: Scout and execute high-value B2B commercial opportunities, corporate partnerships, and non-traditional retail concepts (e.g., premium travel retail, hospitality, or strategic brand collaborations). • Commercial & Legal Negotiations: Structure and negotiate complex Area Development Agreements (ADAs), master franchise contracts, fee structures, and royalty models to maximize profitability and minimize risk. • Franchise Operations & Compliance: Serve as the main bridge between the brand and global partners. Ensure flawless implementation of visual merchandising, customer experience, and operational standards across all franchised locations. • Partner Unit Economics: Collaborate with partners to optimize their store-level unit economics (ROI, sales per square foot, payback periods) to ensure long-term network sustainability. Key Requirements: • Experience: 8–12+ years of experience specifically leading international retail franchising, area development, or high-level B2B commercial growth in premium consumer goods, footwear, or lifestyle sectors. • Proven Track Record: A documented history of successfully launching and scaling mono-brand franchise networks internationally from a regional or corporate hub. • Negotiation & Financial Acumen: Master-level understanding of franchise legal frameworks, territory exclusivity clauses, and retail financial modeling. • Network: An active rolodex of major international retail conglomerates and multi-brand franchise operators.
