General Manager – Operations & SOP Location: UAE Salary AED 22000 - AED 25,000 monthly Industry: Construction / MEP / Industrial experience: required 8–12 Years Our client is seeking a General Manager – Operations & SOP to lead and streamline business operations by developing and implementing robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations, and Administration. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic leader who thrives on improving processes and ensuring operational excellence. The Role -Develop, implement, and standardise SOPs across Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations, and Administration. -Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies. -Drive financial discipline, cost control, and coordination with the finance team. -Manage procurement activities, vendor relationships, and material planning. -Oversee manpower planning, resource allocation, and workforce utilisation. -Ensure effective maintenance, allocation, and utilisation of machinery and equipment. -Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance. -Promote accountability, compliance, and operational discipline across departments. -Monitor departmental performance and implement corrective actions where required. -Collaborate with department heads to align operational activities with business objectives. -Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and audit readiness across all functions.
