As we continue to grow, we’re looking for ambitious and self-motivated Business Development Managers to help expand our client portfolio across Dubai and the UAE. ⸻ The Role As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and converting leads into long-term subscription customers. You’ll work independently to generate and close new business while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote role. Once a client is onboarded, our delivery team takes over to ensure exceptional service and results. ⸻ What You’ll Be Doing • Identify and engage potential clients • Generate new business opportunities • Conduct sales meetings and presentations • Understand client needs and recommend suitable subscription plans • Negotiate and close deals • Build and maintain long-term client relationships • Represent the Elevate brand professionally ⸻ Commission Structure This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential. First Month Commission Earn 30% of the client’s first monthly subscription payment Recurring Monthly Commission Earn 10% recurring commission every month for as long as the client remains an active customer.
