Role Description The Tendering and Business Development role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, preparing and submitting tender proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to gather technical and commercial inputs. The individual will conduct market research, track tenders and bids, and manage relationships with existing and potential clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, maintaining tender documentation, following up on submissions, and supporting negotiations to secure contracts. The role also requires close collaboration with operations and finance to ensure competitive and compliant tender responses aligned with ATTA Holding’s strategic objectives. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for evaluating tender requirements, pricing, and market opportunities. • Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging clients, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal stakeholders. • Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Market Research skills for identifying prospects, monitoring industry trends, and building a sustainable pipeline. • Experience in tendering, bid management, or business development within Oil & Gas, Maritime, or Construction sectors is highly beneficial. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with proficiency in MS Office and relevant tendering platforms. • Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail in documentation and reporting. • Strong negotiation, contract review, and stakeholder management capabilities are considered an advantage.
