About the Role This is not a traditional HR position. During the next six months, Luxe Living will go through a major growth phase. Our objective is to build a complete organizational structure by recruiting outstanding talent while maintaining efficient HR operations. Your primary mission will be to help us build the right team. You will lead our recruitment efforts, manage HR operations, ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations, and help create the HR foundation that will support our future growth. Key Responsibilities – Talent Acquisition · Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. · Publish vacancies across recruitment platforms. · Screen applications and shortlist qualified candidates. · Conduct initial interviews. · Coordinate interviews with department managers. · Perform reference checks. · Prepare employment offers. · Coordinate employee onboarding. · Support the company's ongoing recruitment plan. Key Responsibilities – HR Operations · Manage employee onboarding and end-of-service processes. · Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation. · Manage MOHRE and GDRFA procedures. · Manage the Wage Protection System (WPS). · Coordinate payroll preparation. · Manage employee leave records. · Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law. · Maintain accurate employee records. Key Responsibilities – HR Development · Improve onboarding processes. · Assist in developing HR policies and procedures. · Support the implementation of HR best practices. · Contribute to building a strong company culture. Requirements – Mandatory · Minimum 3 years of HR experience. · Previous HR experience within the hotel, hospitality, or holiday homes industry. · Strong recruitment experience. · Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law. · Experience using MOHRE, GDRFA, and WPS platforms. · Experience managing employee contracts, onboarding, and HR administration. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Strong organizational and time management skills. · Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. · Fluent in English. Requirements – Preferred · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. · Experience working in a fast-growing company. · Experience recruiting operational and office-based positions.
