Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions and seniority levels. • Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. • Develop and execute proactive talent sourcing strategies for niche and leadership hiring. • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through market mapping and networking. What We're Looking For • Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter within a leading executive search or recruitment agency experience only. • Strong track record of successfully delivering complex and high-volume recruitment assignments. • Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills. • Commercial mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented business.
