We back ambitious founders and help build brands with the potential to scale globally. The Role We are hiring a Brand & Growth Marketing Senior Manager to lead marketing across our incubated brands. This role is designed for someone with a strong marketing background who can operate across both brand and growth strategy. You will work closely with founders to shape brand positioning, build marketing plans, support launches, and drive commercial performance across channels and markets. The core of the role is helping brands build clear, effective marketing strategies that connect brand-building with growth. You should be comfortable moving between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, while bringing structure, pace, and accountability to the marketing function. Paid media is an important part of the role, but as one component of a broader marketing remit that includes brand, customer acquisition, influencer, launches, and retail activation. This is a hands-on marketing leadership role for someone who can help founders build brands and scale them effectively. What You’ll Own 1. Brand & Growth Strategy • Partner with founders to define clear marketing strategies across brand, customer acquisition, retention, and launches • Help shape brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market direction • Build clear, actionable marketing plans with defined priorities, timelines, and KPIs • Ensure marketing strategy supports broader commercial goals across DTC, retail, and new market expansion 2. Marketing Planning & Execution • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of marketing initiatives across brand campaigns, paid media, influencer and community, product launches, and retail and offline activations • Build and manage marketing calendars and launch plans across brands • Ensure campaigns and activations are executed to a high standard and on time • Work closely with agencies, freelancers, and internal teams to deliver strong output 3. Growth Performance & Channel Management • Own key growth metrics across incubated brands, with clear visibility on performance by channel, campaign, and initiative • Monitor metrics such as CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, MER, and channel efficiency to understand what is driving performance • Work with founders, agencies, and partners to improve marketing effectiveness across channels, including paid media • Use performance data to identify growth opportunities and help reallocate budget and focus where needed • Ensure marketing investment is tied to clear business outcomes, with a strong focus on efficiency, scalability, and quality of growth • Build clear reporting for founders and HBI leadership, highlighting results, insights, and priorities 4. Founder Support & Cross-Functional Coordination • Act as a close partner to founders on all major marketing initiatives • Help translate founder vision into clear briefs, plans, and execution priorities • Coordinate across creative, content, paid, product, operations, and commercial teams where needed • Bring structure, pace, and accountability to the marketing function across multiple brands 5.
