THE ROLE This is a hands-on, on-the-ground content creation and social media lead role based in Dubai. The person in this role owns the UAE social presence, creates content, films reels, spots trends, works with brand ambassadors and influencers, attends brand activations and seasonal events, and provides the cultural and market intelligence that guides a remote group marketing team. They report directly to the CEO This is not a strategy or management role. The right person picks up a phone, shoots a reel, pulls the data to see if it worked, and does it again tomorrow. NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS • Must be able to create content hands-on — filming reels, shooting on location, editing and posting. This is a doing role, not a briefing role • Must understand the Dubai luxury market and the premium gifting customer — how they think, shop and engage online • Must be data-driven. Able to report on weekly performance metrics and make decisions based on numbers, not instinct alone. • Must already be using AI tools as a natural part of their workflow — Claude, ChatGPT, Runway, CapCut or similar. • Must be comfortable being in front of the camera as well as behind it. • Must be available for evening and weekend events — the business does not run 9 to 5. PLATFORMS & CONTEXT • Primary platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook. Also active on Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Threads. • Company has a following of 400k+ and 8.1M TikTok likes — the audience is large but needs to be made more active and community-driven. • The business has recently undergone an AI acceleration across all functions. The incoming hire must be comfortable in that environment. • The remote group marketing team handles SEO, paid media, ecommerce and web.
