We are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our growth across social media, paid ads, creative production, UGC, affiliate marketing, and e-commerce marketing operations. This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can create, edit, design, research, test, and execute, not someone who only manages tasks from the outside. About the Role The Digital Marketing Specialist will work directly with the team on content creation, short-form video, ad creatives, social media, Meta Ads, Google Ads, UGC campaigns, affiliate marketing, and creative strategy. You should understand how content performs online, how to identify strong hooks and angles, how to edit videos, how to design clean visual assets, and how to use AI tools to move faster and improve output. The ideal candidate has experience in e-commerce or DTC brands and is comfortable working across multiple marketing channels. You do not need to be an expert in every area, but you need to be resourceful, practical, and willing to learn quickly. Responsibilities • Create and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts • Design static creatives for ads, social media, thumbnails, website assets, and promotional campaigns • Research competitors, ad creatives, landing pages, offers, trends, hooks, and content angles • Write hooks, captions, ad copy, UGC scripts, creative briefs, and content concepts • Support or manage Meta Ads campaigns, including creative testing and performance review • Support or manage Google Ads campaigns, including search, shopping, and performance-based campaigns • Source, brief, and coordinate UGC creators, influencers, and affiliates • Help build and manage affiliate marketing campaigns • Use AI tools for research, copywriting, creative ideas, image generation, video workflows, editing support, and marketing productivity • Review organic and paid content performance to identify what should be tested next • Help improve product pages, landing pages, offers, bundles, upsells, and customer acquisition funnels • Organize campaign assets, content calendars, creative tasks, and marketing tests • Work closely with the founders to execute marketing initiatives across multiple e-commerce brands Requirements • Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, paid ads, content creation, or e-commerce • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and current content formats • Experience creating and editing short-form video content • Ability to design clean, professional static creatives for ads and social media • Understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads • Experience with UGC, influencer marketing, creator outreach, or affiliate marketing • Comfortable using AI tools for marketing, research, content, design, and productivity • Good eye for branding, design, content quality, and ad creative • Strong research skills and ability to analyze competitors • Good understanding of e-commerce, DTC brands, customer acquisition, and online buying behavior • Able to work independently and execute without constant supervision • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple brands or projects • English required Preferred Experience • Shopify or DTC e-commerce experience • Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Klaviyo, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, or similar tools • Experience creating content or creatives used in paid advertising • Experience managing UGC creators, influencers, or affiliates • Experience writing ad copy, hooks, scripts, landing page copy, email copy, or SMS copy • Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization, landing pages, offers, bundles, and upsells • Experience identifying trends and turning them into content or ad concepts Who This Role Is For This role is for someone who wants to be close to the execution side of e-commerce growth.
