Our client, a leading international supplier of automotive spare parts, delivers high-quality products across the region. We are hiring a UAE-experienced Warehouse Team Lead with SAP experience to manage end-to-end warehouse operations, ensure stock integrity, and drive procurement execution. This role combines strategic oversight of the warehouse team with hands-on SAP-driven inventory and order management, ensuring operational excellence and seamless support for commercial objectives. Role Summary • Manage the warehouse team’s performance, productivity, and compliance with process standards. • Oversee end-to-end inventory management: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching spare parts efficiently and accurately. • Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts, reconciliations, and proactive corrective actions using SAP. • Manage procurement workflows: placing orders, monitoring supplier performance, and aligning stock levels with demand forecasts. • Coordinate with logistics, sales, and service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. • Enforce safety regulations, company policies, and UAE labor laws governing warehouse operations. Required Skills & Experience • Warehouse Leadership: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in automotive spare parts, driving operational efficiency, timely order fulfillment, team performance, and stock accuracy. • SAP Expertise: Proficient in inventory management, order processing, and procurement modules. • Supply Chain Knowledge: Proficient in warehouse operations, order-to-cash processes, and overall supply chain principles. • Commercial Acumen: Ability to balance stock availability with cost control, minimize waste, and enhance operational profitability. • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive in identifying and resolving bottlenecks, preventing supply shortages, and enabling smooth operations. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
