Position Details Job Title : Sales Manager Department : Sales & Business Development Location : Dubai, UAE Employment Type : Full-Time Reporting To : General Manager / CEO Experience Required : 5–8 Years Role Summary The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client accounts, and expanding the company's market presence across international and regional markets. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of the **genuine automotive spare parts industry, strong expertise in export sales , and a well-established industry network that can translate into immediate business impact. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in export markets (GCC, Africa, CIS, Americas, Europe, Southeast Asia, etc.) - Leverage existing industry relationships to drive new account acquisition and expand market reach - Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals with wholesalers, distributors, and fleet operators - Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients Genuine Parts Expertise - Promote and sell genuine OEM spare parts with a thorough understanding of part numbers, catalogues, and compatibility - Educate clients on the quality and value advantages of genuine parts over aftermarket alternatives - Work closely with principal brands and authorized distributors to ensure product authenticity and availability Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and international buyers - Conduct regular customer visits, trade show participation, and business trips as required - Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of client satisfaction Team Leadership - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and coordinators - Set individual KPIs and conduct performance reviews - Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment Market Intelligence - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the global spare parts trade - Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management - Recommend pricing strategies based on market data Requirements Education - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field - MBA is an advantage Experience - Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in the automotive spare parts industry - Proven experience in export sales and dealing with international clients Skills & Competencies - Strong knowledge of automotive parts categories (engine, electrical, body parts, filters, brakes, etc.) - Familiarity with major brands such as Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Ford, Isuzu, Hyundai, etc. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and ERP systems - Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Languages English Fluent (mandatory) Arabic, French, or Russian, Spanish is a strong advantage Preferred Attributes (Strong Advantage) The following are not mandatory but will be given significant preference during selection: Deep expertise in the Genuine / OEM spare parts industry including knowledge of authorized supply chains, brand dealership networks, and genuine parts cataloguing Established network of importers, wholesalers, distributors, fleet operators, or buying houses in regional and international markets Experience working with principal brand representatives or authorized distributors Familiarity with cross country trade and logistics in spare parts Ability to differentiate and position genuine parts vs. other products Prior experience in the UAE or GCC automotive market What We Offer - Competitive base salary + performance-based commission - Travel allowances for international market visits - Comprehensive medical insurance - Annual leave as per UAE Labour Law - Clear career growth and progression path - Exposure to global markets and high-value international accounts Show more Show less
