Role & Responsibilities • Coordinate end-to-end shipment lifecycle—from order placement to final delivery—ensuring alignment with client timelines and compliance requirements. • Manage relationships with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse partners to secure optimal routing, cost, and on-time performance. • Prepare and validate shipping documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs forms. • Track shipments in real-time, proactively resolve delays or discrepancies, and provide clients with accurate status updates. • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to avoid stockouts or overstocking in transit or storage. • Generate logistics performance reports and recommend process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
