About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and discreet Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO across both professional and personal responsibilities. This is a high-trust, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in dynamic environments, anticipates needs before they arise, and can manage complex priorities with professionalism, maturity, and absolute confidentiality. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination of executive operations, communication, scheduling, travel, and lifestyle management. Key Responsibilities • Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, priorities, and scheduling across internal, external, and high-level stakeholder meetings • Act as a gatekeeper for communications, meeting requests, and executive priorities • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting briefs, agendas, and follow-up actions • Coordinate with internal departments including marketing, development, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and execution • Attend meetings when required, track action items, and follow up on deadlines • Handle highly confidential business matters with professionalism and discretion • Support the CEO in monitoring key company initiatives and strategic projects • Follow up with department heads to ensure timely execution and accountability • Assist in preparing partnership proposals, executive communications, and stakeholder correspondence • Help optimize the CEO’s productivity, planning, and weekly workflow structure • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and senior leadership team • Manage the CEO’s personal calendar, appointments, and commitments • Coordinate family schedules, school activities, appointments, and events • Organize business and personal travel arrangements including flights, hotels, itineraries, and visas • Oversee household coordination, including staff, vendors, maintenance, and service providers • Assist with family events, holidays, and special occasions • Ensure smooth management of day-to-day personal logistics and priorities • Manage reservations for restaurants, hotels, and exclusive experiences • Coordinate VIP guest arrangements, events, and hospitality requirements • Source and manage vendors, services, and special requests • Assist with gift sourcing, personal errands, and luxury lifestyle coordination • Draft and manage professional emails, messages, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO • Liaise with VIPs, government entities, partners, and senior stakeholders • Represent the CEO professionally when required Qualifications • 7–12+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar senior support role • Proven experience supporting C-level executives, founders, or high-net-worth individuals • Previous experience within real estate, investment, hospitality, or corporate environments is highly preferred Required Skills • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills • Strong written and verbal communication abilities • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs proactively • Fluent in English and Arabic Show more Show less
