JOB TITLE Emirati Talent - Digital Marketing Senior Specialist | MAF LifeStyle | Marketing & Innovation ROLE SUMMARY The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the execution, and optimization of our integrated digital marketing efforts that support customer acquisition, engagement, and traffic to websites and stores as well as online conversion. The role will be part of a data-driven team and work cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, ensuring a seamless customer experience across all channels. ROLE PROFILE • Lead and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. • Own campaign performance through audience targeting, budget management, creative testing, and continuous optimization. • Monitor and improve ROAS, CPA, engagement, and acquisition metrics through data-driven decision-making. • Manage tracking, attribution, and reporting across GA4, Google Tag Manager, and advertising platforms. • Drive SEO improvements and website performance enhancements to maximize visibility and customer experience. • Monitor digital marketing budgets and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and maximize return on investment. • Collaborate closely with Brand, Content, E-commerce, and Commercial teams to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns. • Ensure campaigns reach the right audience with the right message while maintaining brand consistency. • Leverage AI, automation, and emerging digital marketing technologies to improve performance and operational efficiency. • Stay ahead of industry trends and platform innovations to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness. REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications. • Professional qualification in Digital marketing, Google and social media is an advantage. • 3-4 years’ experience in performance/growth marketing • Experience in the eCommerce Retail industry. • Experience in optimizing towards CTR, CPC, CPI, CPA or ROAS goals and understanding how these metrics affect each other.
