About the Role LETOILE GCC is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead all paid digital advertising activities across the GCC. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, online revenue, and maximizing return on advertising spend (ROAS) across all digital paid media channels while supporting the company's e-commerce growth objectives. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with business and revenue targets. • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant advertising platforms. • Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient media spend to maximize ROAS and customer acquisition. • Continuously optimize campaigns through audience segmentation, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and creative performance analysis. • Monitor and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, ROMI, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and revenue. • Work closely with the E-commerce, CRM, Social Media, Content, and Design teams to ensure integrated campaign execution. • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations. • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution through GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and Shopify. • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. • Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Minimum 4 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media, preferably within e-commerce or retail. • Hands-on Shopify experience is mandatory, including knowledge of conversion tracking, product feeds, and e-commerce performance optimization. • Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio. • Experience managing digital advertising budgets and performance reporting. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • KPIs • Paid Media Revenue • ROAS & ROMI • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) • Cost per Acquisition (CPA) • Conversion Rate • CTR & CPC • New Customer Acquisition • Revenue Growth from Paid Media • Budget Efficiency & Forecast Accuracy Languages • English: Mandatory (Fluent written and spoken) • Arabic: Preferred Employment Details • Location: Dubai, UAE • Contract Type: Service Contract • Employment Visa: Not provided • Immediate availability is preferred.
