Job Purpose
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and optimizing the organization's digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, increase website traffic, and drive customer engagement across digital channels. The role requires expertise in digital campaigns, social media, content marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and marketing plans.
- Create and manage integrated marketing strategies across multiple digital channels.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Recommend innovative marketing initiatives to improve brand visibility and customer acquisition.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
- Develop engaging content calendars and coordinate content publication schedules.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement metrics, and audience growth.
- Respond to inquiries and maintain positive online community engagement.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Optimize website content and landing pages to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
- Manage Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and paid search initiatives.
- Track campaign performance and optimize ROI through continuous improvements.
Content Marketing
- Create, edit, and publish digital content including website copy, blogs, newsletters, brochures, videos, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators to produce marketing assets.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
Email Marketing & Lead Generation
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Build lead nurturing workflows and customer engagement initiatives.
- Track campaign effectiveness, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.
- Support lead generation activities through digital platforms and online campaigns.
Website Management
- Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with developers to improve website functionality and user experience.
- Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and visitor behavior using analytics tools.
- Ensure website optimization for mobile responsiveness and performance.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
- Prepare regular reports on website traffic, lead generation, social media performance, and campaign ROI.
- Provide recommendations based on data insights and market analysis.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Data Studio, and social media analytics platforms.
Brand Management
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all digital channels.
- Support employer branding and corporate marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate digital campaigns for product launches, events, and corporate announcements.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related marketing roles.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns and digital marketing budgets.
- Experience using digital analytics and marketing automation platforms.
