Role Description We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in bridge and road projects to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of major civil infrastructure works. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing complex bridge and road projects from concept to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Your tasks and responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to: • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and utility networks, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, implementing corrective actions to maintain progress. • Coordinate and supervise cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and on-site activities for quality and efficiency. • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and Abu Dhabi authority approvals. • Identify, assess, and resolve project-related risks and technical issues promptly. • Prepare reports and maintain clear communication with senior management and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications: • Proven expertise in Project Management, with the ability to plan, monitor, and execute infrastructure projects effectively. • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field,PMP certification or equivalent is preferred. • Experience with Abu Dhabi authorities on infrastructure projects (required).
