We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with proven UAE construction experience to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of building projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams while maintaining compliance with UAE regulations and industry best practices. Job Responsibilities : • Lead and manage all project phases from planning through completion. • Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and oversee project execution. • Monitor project progress, budgets, costs, and resource utilization. • Manage subcontractors and coordinate contract execution. • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. • Prepare and present project progress reports and cost updates. • Review and manage variation orders, change requests, and project risks. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments to resolve project issues. • Oversee project close-out activities, including testing, commissioning, handover documentation, and final project completion. • Build, lead, and motivate multidisciplinary project teams to achieve project objectives. Job Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering. • 12+ years of relevant experience in construction project management. • Proven UAE experience managing finishing, hospitality/tourism, and commercial construction projects is required. • Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, cost control, and construction methodologies. • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • CCP and/or PSP certifications are an added advantage.
