We are seeking a Senior Pega Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our business objectives and technical execution. In this role, you will lead the discovery, elicitation, and translation of complex commercial banking and lending requirements into robust Pega platform solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and Pega architects to deliver seamless, automated workflows that transform our commercial lending lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Requirement Elicitation & Analysis: Lead workshops with Commercial Banking stakeholders to capture complex lending workflows, credit structuring, risk approvals, and onboarding requirements. Pega Solution Mapping: Translate business needs into Pega-specific artifacts, including Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO), case types, stages, steps, and data models. Commercial Lending Transformation: Design and optimize end-to-end user journeys for corporate and commercial lending, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Agile Collaboration: Author and maintain a groomed product backlog in Jira. Act as the primary liaison between business units and the IT team to ensure technical designs align perfectly with business intent. Required Skills & Qualifications Domain & Technical Expertise (Must-Haves) • Commercial Banking: Deep understanding of commercial banking operations, corporate client profiles, and institutional financial workflows. • End-to-End Lending Experience: Strong grasp of the commercial lending lifecycle, including loan origination systems (LOS), credit risk assessment, collateral management, underwriting, and loan servicing. Pega Platform Proficiency: Proven experience as a BA on Pega-based implementations (Pega 8.x preferred). Solid understanding of Pega capabilities, case management, and DCO tools. Certification: Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) is highly preferred. Preferred Pluses Middle East Banking Experience: Familiarity with Middle Eastern banking regulations, regional compliance standards (e.g., SAMA), Islamic Finance principles, or localized commercial lending market trends is a major advantage.
