We're Hiring | Media Buyer & Digital Marketing Specialist Location: Royal Health Hospital – Al Ain, UAE Royal Health Hospital is looking for a results-driven Media Buyer & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Department. If you have a proven track record in planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing digital campaigns, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. • Develop highly targeted audience strategies to maximize campaign performance and ROI. • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize for better results. • Manage and grow the hospital's social media presence through strategic planning and performance analysis. • Work closely with the marketing team to support daily marketing activities and campaigns. • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives. Requirements: • Proven experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. • Strong understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, remarketing, and campaign optimization. • Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and performance reporting. • Solid knowledge of social media platforms and content strategies. • Excellent analytical and communication skills. • Healthcare marketing experience is an advantage. • Must be based in the UAE or eligible to work in the UAE.
