JOB TITLE Manager - In Store Operations | MAF Retail | UAE Corporate Head Office Role Summary The Manager, In-Store Operations – Retail Media is responsible for managing and optimizing in-store media assets across UAE stores to maximize commercial performance, drive revenue growth, enhance the customer experience, and ensure seamless campaign execution. The role collaborates closely with store teams, commercial stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver operational excellence, maintain media network performance, and support the successful implementation of retail media strategies. Role Profile • Lead the execution of in-store retail media operations across multiple store locations, ensuring high standards of performance and reliability. • Manage the deployment, utilization, and maintenance of digital screens, print media, and other in-store advertising assets. • Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and Store Operations teams to align media activities with business objectives and promotional campaigns. • Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), operational standards, and brand guidelines. • Ensure flawless execution of advertising campaigns through effective planning, content scheduling, and operational governance. • Monitor media network performance, conduct regular audits, and coordinate issue resolution with IT and maintenance teams. • Analyze campaign and operational performance data to generate actionable insights, improve effectiveness, and maximize revenue opportunities. • Support team development through coaching, performance management, training initiatives, and knowledge sharing. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field. • Minimum 6 years of experience in retail media, advertising operations, digital media, or a related field. • Strong knowledge of in-store media formats, digital screens, content management systems (CMS), and advertising technologies. • Experience managing vendors, service providers, and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. • Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and performance reporting. • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and locations.
