Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth for our premium aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate has strong networking skills, experience in healthcare or aesthetics, and a passion for creating long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase clinic revenue. • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, hotels, gyms, salons, wellness centers, and other referral partners. • Develop strategic partnerships and referral programs. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. • Represent the clinic at networking events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings. • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and business initiatives. • Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements. • Achieve monthly sales and business development targets. • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and opportunities in the CRM. • Provide regular reports on sales performance and business growth. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • 2–3 years of business development or sales experience in the UAE. • Experience in the healthcare, aesthetic, cosmetic, wellness, or hospitality industry is preferred. • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
