We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Manager – Smart Cities to lead solution design, technical consulting, bid management, and customer engagement activities across Smart City and Digital Transformation initiatives. The role will work closely with sales, product, delivery, and customer stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that address urban challenges and enhance citizen experiences. Responsibilities are adapted from the Pre-Sales Manager job description and aligned to Smart City opportunities. Key Responsibilities ✅ Lead technical and functional presales activities for Smart City opportunities. ✅ Engage with government entities, municipalities, utilities, and enterprise customers to understand business requirements. ✅ Design and present end-to-end Smart City solutions and architecture. ✅ Develop high-quality technical proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and bid submissions. ✅ Conduct customer workshops, solution demonstrations, and executive presentations. ✅ Prepare architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and implementation roadmaps. ✅ Support sales teams in qualification, solution positioning, and opportunity pursuit. ✅ Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover and successful implementation. ✅ Develop Smart City value propositions, marketing material, and thought leadership content. ✅ Build trusted relationships with customers, technology partners, and stakeholders. Preferred Experience ✔ Experience supporting Smart City, Digital Transformation, or Public Sector projects. ✔ Experience preparing and submitting large-scale RFP/RFQ responses. ✔ Strong background in customer-facing technical presentations and workshops. ✔ Experience developing solution architectures and technical proposals. ✔ Familiarity with UAE/GCC government and municipal projects is highly desirable.
