The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and presenting end-to-end technology solutions that address customer business and technical requirements. This role combines solution design, technical consulting, and presales support, requiring close collaboration with customers, sales teams, and technical specialists to deliver innovative and scalable solutions.Key Responsibilities • Solution Architecture: Design and develop end-to-end solution architectures aligned with customer business objectives and technical requirements. • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their challenges, requirements, and strategic goals. • Presales Support: Support presales activities including customer meetings, workshops, solution demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions. • Documentation: Prepare solution architecture documents, technical proposals, statements of work (SOW), implementation plans, and project scope definitions. • Technology Positioning: Design and position solutions across one or more technology domains, including AI & Intelligent Automation, Digital Transformation, IT Operations & Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity. • Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and recommendations throughout the sales cycle. • Presentations: Lead solution presentations and respond to technical and functional inquiries during bid and proposal processes. • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to develop innovative, scalable, and competitive solutions. • Emerging Technologies: Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance solution offerings. • Delivery Support: Support project delivery teams during implementation by providing architectural oversight and technical expertise. Skills (Non-Negotiable) • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field • Minimum 5 years of experience in solution architecture, presales, technical consulting, or related roles • Strong expertise in AI & Intelligent Automation, Digital Transformation, IT Operations & Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity • Experience with cloud platforms, enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, automation technologies, and digital transformation initiatives • Proven experience in preparing technical proposals, solution designs, and customer presentations • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and customer outcomes • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution design capabilities Skills: infrastructure,digital transformation,it operations Show more Show less

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in solution architecture, presales, technical consulting, or related roles. Strong expertise in AI & Intelligent Automation, Digital Transformation, IT Operations & Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity. Experience with cloud platforms, enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, automation technologies, and digital transformation initiatives. Proven experience in preparing technical proposals, solution designs, and customer presentations. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and customer outcomes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution design capabilities.
