Job Description

Every plate has the potential to create a memory that lasts a lifetime for our guests. To deliver all this and more, we’re looking for a Demi Chef de Partie with a passion for presentation, dedication to flavour, and commitment to maintaining exceptional culinary standards. Working alongside our talented kitchen team, you’ll help deliver consistently high-quality dishes while supporting the smooth operation of your assigned section. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: • Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within your assigned kitchen section • Supporting the Chef de Partie in the daily operation of your section and ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation • Taking ownership of your workstation – maintaining stock levels, ensuring proper food storage, and minimising waste • Ensuring all food preparation and cooking complies with brand standards and local food safety and hygiene regulations • Assisting with the training and guidance of Commis Chefs and junior team members where required • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment while supporting the wider kitchen team whenever needed • Taking on other ad-hoc duties like a true team player What We Need from You: • Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie in a hotel, restaurant, or similar kitchen environment • A passion for food, creativity, and delivering exceptional guest experiences through quality cuisine • The strength to lift, push and pull objects up to 50lbs (23 kg), which can also involve bending and kneeling • A good grasp of reading, writing, and basic maths • The flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts • Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol – you'll need to be above the minimum age required and fluent in the local language • Great communication – you'll be warm, welcoming, easy to talk to, and able to work effectively as part of a team What you can expect from us: We give our people everything they need to succeed.
