Role Marketing Manager Reports to Founder Location Dubai, UAE · on-site Type Full-time Compensation AED 8000–15,000 + performance bonus About Luxury For You Luxury For You (luxuryforyou.com) is a fast-growing luxury e-commerce fashion destination, bringing the world’s most coveted houses - Gucci, Saint Laurent, Dior, Fendi, Celine, Loewe, Bottega Veneta and more - to shoppers across the UAE and US. We’re founder-led, we move fast, and we run our marketing AI-first - Claude is part of our daily stack. The Role We’re hiring our dedicated Marketing Manager to own the entire demand engine end-to-end and scale it profitably - working shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder. What You’ll Own • Performance marketing - plan and run paid across Meta (Advantage+, catalog/DPA, prospecting + retargeting) and Google (PMax, Search, Shopping, Brand). Own budget pacing, ROAS/MER and CAC. • AI leverage - use Claude and AI across research, creative, analysis, reporting and automation to run a lean, high-output growth engine. • SEO & content - grow organic traffic and rankings across brand and category terms, in English and Arabic. • Social & influencer - drive organic social and a creator/partnership program that fits a luxury audience. • CRM & retention - own email and SMS (Klaviyo) - flows and campaigns that lift repeat rate and lifetime value. • Creative direction - brief, test and iterate ad creative (UGC, video, statics) toward our highest-value brands and categories. • Analytics & tracking - keep GA4, pixels and conversion tracking clean; run off a weekly growth dashboard and decide from data. What We’re Looking For Must-haves • 4–7 years in performance / growth marketing, ideally e-commerce, DTC or retail. • Hands-on mastery of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with a track record of scaling budgets to ROAS/CAC targets. • AI-native and a Claude power-user - you already run growth work with AI (research, creative, analysis, automation) and can show workflows or agents you’ve built. • Strong analytics: fluent in GA4, tracking/attribution and working from dashboards. • Full-funnel breadth - you’ve owned or closely run SEO, CRM/email and social, not just one channel. • Owner’s mindset: you can build the strategy and execute it yourself in a lean team.
