Main tasks and responsibilities • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and trading activity. • Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter (X), TikTok, and crypto-specific networks. • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics such as CPA, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI. • Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal allocation across channels. • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and campaigns to improve performance. • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results. • Collaborate with product, analytics, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives. • Stay updated with crypto marketing trends, regulations, and industry developments. • Manage external marketing agencies and advertising partners when required. • Lead and mentor performance marketing specialists within the team. Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Digital Media. • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital acquisition. • Experience in crypto, fintech, trading, or blockchain industries preferred. • Strong knowledge of paid media platforms and analytics tools.
