Job Description – Performance Marketing Manager Position Summary We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead all paid acquisition channels for our real estate and serviced office portfolio in Dubai. This role owns the full paid funnel from ad strategy to qualified lead generation and ROI optimization. Key Responsibilities • Manage Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns. • Develop paid media strategy aligned with sales targets. • Optimize CPL, CPA, and campaign ROI. • Implement retargeting funnels and audience segmentation. • Coordinate landing page A/B testing. • Oversee tracking (Pixel, GTM, GA4). • Provide weekly performance dashboards and reporting. KPIs • Cost per lead (CPL) • Cost per acquisition (CPA) • Return on ad spend (ROAS) • Lead-to-appointment conversion rate Qualifications • 5+ years in performance marketing. • Strong experience in real estate campaigns preferred. • Advanced knowledge of tracking and analytics tools. • Data-driven decision-making mindset.
