Role Description The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and managing all HR functions across Ntigra, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, learning and development, and HR compliance. The role will support Ntigra’s growth strategy by building a high-performance culture, attracting top talent, and ensuring an employee-centric work environment aligned with the company’s vision and values. Key Responsibilities • An HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's overall human resources function, including strategic HR management, talent acquisition and workforce planning, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, HR operations and compliance, and HR analytics and reporting. The role ensures that HR initiatives are aligned with the company's business objectives while fostering a positive work environment, maintaining compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies, and supporting employee growth, engagement, and organizational success. • The HR Manager will support the organization's regional expansion across the GCC and international markets by developing scalable HR frameworks tailored to a fast-growing AI and health-tech company. The role is responsible for establishing effective remote and hybrid workforce management practices, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability, and supporting organizational growth through restructuring initiatives, mergers, strategic partnerships, and business expansion. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * Master’s degree or HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, PHR, SPHR) are preferred. * Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. * Experience in technology, healthcare, SaaS, or AI companies is highly preferred. * Strong knowledge of GCC labor laws and employment regulations.
