Human Resources Executive

Company Description: Capital Health is a private integrated healthcare group headquartered in Abu Dhabi, operating two key facilities in the UAE: Specialized Rehabilitation Hospital (SRH) and Health Shield Medical Center. SRH provides acute and long-term rehabilitation care, as well as inpatient, outpatient, and home health services, while Health Shield offers multi-specialty outpatient care, including one-day surgery. Role Description: To oversee and manage daily HR operations at Health Shield Medical Center, acting as the primary on-site point of contact for employees and management. The role ensures the effective execution of unit-level HR activities, including HR operations, employee relations, performance support, employee engagement, and MIS reporting, while maintaining full compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. In addition, the role collaborates closely with the central HC team to support the smooth implementation of recruitment, payroll, and training processes, while contributing to workforce effectiveness through coordination, insight, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are beneficial. • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a healthcare organization. • Arabic Speaker. • Available to join immediately.
