Directs, inspects and coordinates maintenance work on oil & gas equipment and associated piping and equipment in all field areas; schedule workloads and set priorities including inspection of production operations to ensure their safe and efficient operation; manage the work of assigned personnel including allocation of contractor work; maintain equipment documentation or movable lists, drawings and input to the database for new equipment; ensure SAP records are updated and provide all technical records; troubleshoot on plant equipment; provide technical assistance; coaching, appraising performance and developing staff; maintenance of stations, Powered Water Injection, Gas Lift and Wellhead equipment; responsible for prompt maintenance of equipment such as motors, gas turbines, injection compressors, vessels, generators, pumps, compressors, surface pumps and related facilities.
