Department / Plant Plant Section Maintenance Grade 10 Last Update 8th April 2025 ISO Number K-AAA-06-24 Job Purpose Support plant operations and maintenance activities under the guidance of the line manager. The role focuses on learning plant systems, following safety standards, and assisting in daily tasks to build strong technical and operational skills. Entry Level Scope: • Work under the supervision of line manager. • Learn plant equipment, processes, and safety procedures. • Support inspections, reporting, and basic troubleshooting. • Attend technical, safety, and on-the-job training programs. Job Responsibilities • Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities and support technicians during inspections and repairs. Maintain maintenance logs and documentation. • Learn spare parts identification and planning and operation of compressors, pumps, utilities, water stations, wastewater & sewage network, gas, fuel and HVAC systems. • Plans daily activities and schedules corrective and preventive maintenance. • Ensuring breakdown maintenance is tackled based on priority. • Ensure routine lubrications & machine random inspection are tackled and attended. • Ensure technical support and physical presence are provided to inspect the performance & quality of the job in every task being attended. • Plans spare parts requirements and ensure that the correct tools are used. • Energy management, surveillance and improvement. Education Bachelor’s Degree in Medical or relevant filed Experience • Fresher or three (3) years in manufacturing in the same position applied is an advantage. Language • Fluency in Arabic and English. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Medical or relevant field. Experience: Fresher or up to three (3) years in manufacturing in the same position is an advantage. Language: Fluency in Arabic and English.
