Executive Projects Officer

Monitor the implementation of the Direct Manager's decisions and directives. Manage and oversee strategic projects and initiatives. Coordinate and collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth execution of business objectives. Prepare executive reports, presentations, and business documentation. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular progress reports. Attend meetings, document discussions, and follow up on action items. Track project schedules and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Analyze data and provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making. Identify project risks and challenges and recommend appropriate mitigation actions. Perform any other duties assigned by the Direct Manager.
